Arley Vest – Personal Interests

Arley has actively pursued the health and fitness lifestyle throughout his adult life, having been undefeated in Masters Bodybuilding competition and active in Okinawan, Japanese and Chinese martial arts.  He also has a lifelong interest in the fine arts, particularly literature, classical musical and painting.
